    Extremely disappointed.I invoiced a customer for a very large order (at least by our standards) and allowed the customer to pay on-line be ACH. The quoted maximum cost to me on this transaction was $20.00. This was affordable. What did they do? Without my request, they did an immediate transfer into my checking account at a cost of $657.73 of which they immediately charged me for.After spending 2 hours on the phone with a very nice representative, ****, I was told that I would be getting both a confirmation email and a refund for the $657.73. As of this moment, I've received ********** a long-time customer, I'm very disappointed in their lack of follow-through and for them taking $657.73 from my account. I'm also disappointed that after spending 2 painful hours on the phone, it all meant nothing to them. No follow-up, no refund.
