On January 31, 2022 the Washington State Office of Attorney General filed a lawsuit in King County Superior Court. Charges filed allege the business provided invalid, false and delayed COVID-10 test results, or no results at all. The lawsuit also alleged that the company violated the Consumer Protection Act. AG Rosenblum Sues Center for Covid Control
The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On April 7, 2022, Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum sued the Center for Covid Control (CCC) and its testing partner, Doctors Clinical Laboratory (DCL), for deceptively marketing testing services and for violating Oregon's Unlawful Trade Practices Act. The lawsuit alleges CCC and DCL falsely told consumers they could provide accurate PCR COVID-19 results within 24-72 hours of testing. The matter is pending. Attorney General Ellison files lawsuit against COVID-19 testing sites, lab for deceiving consumers
The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On January 19, 2022 the Office of Minnesota Attorney General filed a lawsuit in Hennepin District County Court.
