    "I made an appointment online to replace my battery specifically for my 2018 ***** *** the price showing online for the battery replacement is ******, that price is showing specifically for the type of battery my car needs, yesterday I pulled up at the garage for my appointment and the advisor (really unhelpful by the way) she asked me if I already checked the price and make sure they have the battery in stock, really? I made the appointment 5 days ago and you want me to make sure the battery is in stock, that's your job, you already know I am coming for a battery replacement and you need to let me know if you don't have the battery so you can give me another date for my replacement, and of course I checked the price, ******, then she said let me make sure we have the battery and the price, she made a phone call and the she said, the battery is in stock, but the price is 400 something, I don't remember the exactly amount, I asked her why is 400 something?" ...
