"I took my car to get a replacement engine put in at the shop called C H on March 12, 2024 they order the engine from Globe Auto they gave the shop the wrong engine The shop called globe Auto and let them know it was the wrong engine globe Auto had their delivery driver come pick up the engine and bring another one only for the second engine to be wrong engine as well I personally called myself at this point because my car is sitting at the shop and can't get worked on I spoke with a guy named *** he was extremely rude I gave him the *** number to my vehicle he said oh maybe the car is from ********** maybe that's why it doesn't fit I sent him pictures of what the shops sent me he said I'll call you back tomorrow and let you know what we can do about this didn't hear from him for days I had the guy from the shop call them he explains to *** what the situation was *** said he's going to send another engine out this the 3rd engine we received and I called and asked for info the 3rd engine because when it was dropped off the delivery driver didn't leave a invoice for so we don't know the miles or *** # but engine number 3 is no good the oil pan is bent it's old oil inside the engine that is black as tar it won't even turn over." ...
