      Spaces of Tranquility recently ran an estate sale for our family. My siblings and I had the task of cleaning out our childhood family home. There was 62 years of accumulation! We thought we could handle a sale ourselves but quickly found out that it was more work than we imagined. How to price, get the word out and handle customers was not in my wheelhouse Enter Sue and Spaces of Tranquility. I appreciated Sue’s upfront and honest assessment. The sale went very well and we were happy with the results. Thank you!

      I don't understand how they are still in business. More people need to write reviews. The woman who runs these sales is flat out rude. I've only been to two of hers and honestly thought she was just having a bad day the first time and the pricing situation was due to the hand she was dealt with that particular sale. However, that is simply how she chooses to do business. They don't price anything which is something you should always watch out for at any estate sale. It's a shady business practice. Most estate sales have everything priced and very well staged/easy to see. In general, the second and third day have some sort of discount. Typically the final day is 50% off. Not always, they are all different, but most buyers expect something along these lines. This woman was so rude when asked if the second day was 50% (since nothing was priced and there were no signs) I felt like she was scolding a toddler, incredibly condescending. She said, "50%?!! on the second day?!!, and what? then I'd have to go 90% on day three?!! It's $125, it was more yesterday". Well, how would we know it was more yesterday when it's not priced and she doesn't say what the discount is on the second day. We turned around and walked out. We went to two other sales that day which were very well run. Both of these sales had at least ***** cars and everyone was friendly, helpful, items were priced etc. I now understand why the Spaces of Tranquility sale only had 3 other cars there when we arrived. I guess that must mean word of mouth works too. I hope this review helps those of you who are considering hiring this company or buying from their sales and have not heard of them.
