"I purchased the Overdryve 220 headset for $147 dollars straight from Rand McNally and it was replaced twice under warranty because of malfunctions with the headset not charging due to the charging port malfunction.The most recent replacement basically just fell apart because the hardware is so fragile." ... "I bought a brand new Rand McNally clear drive 220 and not even two months later it broke and I went through the warranty process and the carrier used to return the headset lost the package I have proof of return and proof the carrier lost it and now me the customer is stuck having to pay the price and Rand McNally will not honor the customer because the are not at fault and they want me to wait weeks before they get an answer from the shipping carrier." ...
