On Thursday, January 16, 2020, Better Business Bureau initiated an
investigation involving Dave Halcomb, owner of the business Precision Pole
Building. A consumer contacted BBB alleging he entered a contract with Dave
Halcomb to build a pole barn. Dave Halcomb then accepted a deposit in the
amount of $19,000 but since receiving the deposit has failed to complete the
construction of the barn, nor made any attempts to contact the consumer to
return the deposit.
Better
Business Bureau attempted to contact Dave Halcomb on January 17, 2020, and
February 10, 2020, however, to date he has not responded.
BBB
confirmed with the Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses that Dave Halcomb and
Precision Pole Building is not licensed to perform work in the state of Idaho.
