          On May 13, 2024, Better Business Bureau investigated Family Choice Legal Services LLC’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints alleging Family Choice Legal Services, LLC is providing their customers with paperwork that is not being accepted by the courts due to errors and consumers allege they believed they would be provided legal representation.

           

          On June 25, 2024 and July 11, 2024, BBB sent emails to Family Choice Legal Services LLC regarding these consumer allegations. As of July 22, 2024, Family Choice Legal Services, LLC has not responded.

          On June 25, 2024 and July 11, 2024, Better Business Bureau contacted Family Choice Legal Service LLC concerning advertising claims found on its website https://www.fclslegal.com/. Specifically, BBB asked Family Choice Legal Services LLC to add the following claims that are located in their terms and conditions to their main website page:
