- BBB System Program on Bridgestone/Firestone Tire Failure: the BBB system administers a dispute resolution program for certain unresolved disputes involving allegations that Bridgestone/Firestone tires failed and caused damage to the consumer's vehicle or other property. These disputes must be referred to the BBB system through the CBBB, by Bridgestone/Firestone. Staff at the CBBB will prepare the case for arbitration and work with the appropriate local BBB to provide the arbitration hearing.
