"This company is a joke my mother was paying on her insurance but it was not what she wanted so we called them and they said that they would call back and never heard back so they sent her a check for what she paid because they said they could not do the policy they way she wanted she got a $15,000 policy and they told her that if she passed by natural causes she would only get 7,500 but if it was a accidental death she would’ve got the whole 15,000 she is 76yrs old so it wasn’t going to be a accident.so for three months now they are still taking $4." ...
