  Found them online , they cam and gave a reasonable quote so went with them. The guys wer an hour and a half late showing up, smelled like marijuana. They spent two hours and then left and said they were down. It looks like they only did one side or part of one side because I have decorate blocking instead of skirting and the block are suppossed to be level with the bottom of the house which they were not they were kind of jammed under. After that one side they were not jammed but seemed to be a little too much of a gap between the home and the blocks so think they over leveled and that was only about 3/4 of the home. The other side didn't seem to be touched as they said it was level which is actually the side I was concerned about because its where the house and carport meet and it leaking on that side. They also added blocking to windows and dors but missed two windows. The woman called me and I explained all this and was supposed to call and set up to send an inspector to check it out but never called back. Called back everyday for about a week and still havent heard back and its been well over a week and nothing. Needed this done to repair my roof and I cant do that yet because of this.I may have to hire another company to do it and don't really have the money. They either need to send someone back or refund for doing a crappy unfinished job. Now I know why the require a deposit before sertting an appoint ment

  I recently had Central Florida ***** Home Leveling and Anchoring re-level our home. Also put skirting on the complete home including a patio. These people are super fantastic! This was a terrible situation for them. The home is over 40 years old and had lattice skirting on it that had to be removed. On top of that, the home was low profile meaning that it was only 2 bricks high. They had to lay on their backs to add blocks and wood and wedges. Add the fact that the entire home is completely surrounded with shrubs that are only 10 to 12 inches from the home itself. Also, there was 3-4 inches of mulch all around that had to be removed to put the bottom track of the skirting in place.The job took 3 days and I felt sorry for the 2 workers they sent due to the difficulty involved. ******** and ****** were so pleasant and courteous they deserve a lot of credit for the job they did here. The original job was scheduled for 2 days and took 3 complete days to finish. The company held to their quote and made sure all was well and ok with us. You will have a very tough time finding a company as good and customer oriented as this one. I'd recommend them to anybody, anytime!

  I am very pleased with Central Florida Mobile Home Leveling And Anchoring Company. I was very blessed to have *****, ****** and ********, work on leveling and anchoring my home. They were very neat, thorough and excellent workers. *****, explained to me everything that was done. And after completing the work, they put everything back in it's previous place. Now, that's what I call professional!!! I would also like to thank, ********, ***** and ****** for their services as well!!! Thank God!!! for peace of mind!!! A+... I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that need their mobile home leveled and anchored.f Mobile

  If there were a negative rating they would be receiving that. I spent $2300 to have my house leveled. The guy that came out assured me they could get the job done. I had a very specific area of concern as the shed was built onto the main structure and I noticed it was forming a crack where the 2 are connected. The 1st team they sent out were not experienced for this job and only made matters worse and left with my home more un level than when they began. I had to hound them to come fix what they had made worse. Was told I would be given a measly $150 refund which I still haven't received and told there was nothing more they could do after the 2nd team they sent out fixed what they could, but my house is still NOT level. Apparently, there is a support beam missing that I was unaware of. However, the guy that came out to inspect and estimate should have picked up on that and tell me flat out they wouldn't be able to help. Nothing was said until after the fact. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. I work for hard for my income and to be totally blindsided by a company that now refuses to take my calls or answer my inquiries, consumers need to be warned so they don't fall prey as I did.

  Great company! Great Owners! They were easy to work with from the beginning ***** was great and took his time to go over the entire process and explain how it all worked he was knowledgeable polite and didnt pressure me to sign up like all the other companies did I got quotes from 4 different companies and he was the only one to actually go under my mobile home and inspect it. After signing up, they provided me an appointment day and time the crew was very polite and called me before they arrived as well as the day before to let me know that the appointment was coming up when they arrive. They took the time to do an initial walk-through and make sure all my concerns were addressed. They then walked me through the entire process explaining everything. ******* and ***** and **** were very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. And most importantly at the end of my home level it was a night and day difference now my things are not rolling off the tables and all my doors and windows close and open properly they even were able to get the gap between the two sides of my double wide to close up, and sealed everything you cant even see theres a marriage line anymore. When they completed the job, they did a final walk-through with me to make sure I was satisfied and that all of my needs were met and collected payment. ***** was amazing as well, and I cant thank her for answering all my questions and walking me through the process. If youre looking to hire a mobile home service company for Leveling or Anchoring look no further Central Florida Mobile Home ********************************************* is the best company by far and I would recommend them to anyone. They go above and beyond and they are professional polite, and always keep the customer in mind. Theyre only concern is that all of my needs were met and that the job was done right.   ******* and ***** leveled and anchored our 1972 mobile home. We are so pleased to tell you that their service was extremely professional and polite. The were care to see that an attached lanai and carport were not stressed in the process. This service was difficult due to limited clearance under our home. No problem for them to access as needed and provide the services we requested.

  ***** and ****. Came out to level my trailer today and they did such a thorough job. They measured over and over to make sure it was level before moving into the next section as they worked. When they had to come into the house they made sure they didnt drag any dirt in with them and I am so thankful for that.They pointed out a couple of issues that could affect my home in the future and I know when I have them fixed it will be with this company and hopefully these two young men. They really put in a full day.
