  ***** Moving **** did not bring a big enough truck. They already had other furniture in the truck. It did not have a name on it nor did the two guys have on uniforms with ***** Moving **** on it. We tried several times to call the company. This was a Sunday. We had asked the manager if we could always reach someone and was told yes, even on the weekend. We had to leave a majority of clothes, pots and pans behind for the dumpster. They knew that we were on a schedule. We were told that they would bring boxes to hang out clothes. They did not! Before they would un pack our stuff, I had to get another money order for almost $1000.00. We were told to get only two different bank money orders for ********. Give one when furniture was picked up & one when the furniture arrived. They didn't arrive until 4 days later late in the evening. They did not finish unpacking until early the next morning. Each time that I called and checked on our stuff, I was told that it would be there the next day. We could not see everything that was missing or chipped. The next day, we saw that some of the furniture was chipped, a leg, a weight, and the key was missing from the exercise machine, the thick lenses from the telescope was missing, a few things were broken! This was the biggest scheme and lying that we have ever seen! We had moved before and nothing like this has ever happened before. I did tell them that I would file a complaint with the BBB! He did not seem to care! I then figured out that they had done this many times before to other peopleQ!

  Dealing with this company was a nightmare! They never get there when they say! As soon the the mover is there they tell you that it will cost more! When the mover came to pick up the furniture he immediately stated that there was an extra $150 do to distance from the door! When asked how we paid it he didn’t answer! When the mover brought our things at 9:45 at night they insisted on $300 because it was so much per step! The contract said it would be $75 after the first staircase! We were both exhausted and just wanted our items. The movers were very unprofessional and careless. We didn’t get our the metal frame for our bed! We slept with the mattress on the floor! When we tried to call we didn’t get anywhere With it! There is so much more to this story but I think it gives you an idea of how unprofessional they are
