On September 17th, I sent a message to Evergreen Company indicating that I needed to enroll for their service. Less than an hour later, I received a call from Brianna, one of the company's representatives. Everything was so easy with her help! She was kind, patient, and thorough in her explanation. She also informed me that I would receive a confirmation about the enrollment, which would allow me to enroll in the customer portal. Everything progressed as she described, and I am all set up with my new service. I am satisfied and happy about the whole transaction. Thank you!

I'm used to trouble-free service from Evergreen's trash pickup. Today I needed to call their office to settle multiple questions about the account billing. Brianna, the customer service representative who answered my call, provided the information I needed, made a payment for me, and sent me the code I needed in order to set up a portal account. She handled all this with a style that was both friendly and efficient, a positive experience in a potentially frustrating situation.Evergreen Waste Services

I don't normally like having to call to have an issue resolved but Samantha made this one a breeze. She was patient, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue within 5 minutes. She also shared with me how the new customer portal works and helped me register. I have used Evergreen Waste for over 4 years and they are hands down the best around.Evergreen Waste Services
