Tickets-Center.com is a total scam. They are selling tickets at about 100% higher price with respect to the price offered by the institutions where shows/concerts take place. In addition to that, their sales are final which means you can't cancel the order. They simply count on naivety of people who use their sale platform. They deserve a lawsuit, and be shut down.

Ot is too easy to fall for this scam. Like everyone else here, I thought I was using the venue's actual box office site. In September, I ordered 4 tickets to Greg Lake's ELP Concert next March. First result in a Google search took me to something else. I thought the ticket prices were higher, but figured it was my last chance. At checkout, astronomical fees caused me to pause. But, last chance.... After I clicked, I realized I had not had the opportunity to choose my individual seats, only the section. Something wasn't right. I immediately tried to cancel via support chat. No. I checked here at BBB and discovered page after page of similar stories. One indicated he successfully got it refunded via credit card dispute. I initiated one through Discover Card. After 30 days, they ruled in my favor - unless.... I waited a few weeks and ordered new (better) tickets directly from the venue. Even after adding valet parking, it was still about half the scam total. A few days ago, Discover reversed their finding. Support at tickets-center.com gave me a very polite "sorry about your luck" email.
Now, I'll be lucky to sell these 4 extra tickets for 1/4 what I paid.
And that's IF I ACTUALLY GET THEM. Reading through these reviews, that's up in the air.

This is such a SCAM!!! Four times the cost of other sites and it was the first that popped up in a Google search for my venue/show. I didn’t realize I was robbed until I was sent an email with no tickets included, no seat map and the ‘contact us’ button is not an actual working link. I am out so much money and didn’t even receive tickets.

Definitely a scammer. 4x the actual price and once confirmed no way to cancel or stop payment. DO NOT USE them

Click bait to get you to their site to purchase tickets at much higher fees than the actual venue. This popped up when I was looking to purchase tickets from the venue and appears to position itself as if they are the venue. Very misleading and feels like a scam.

SCAM. This is not a vendor. They sell tickets for 4x the value. Pretty much ticket scalpers. DO NOT USE.

I'm wondering why this company isn't SHUT DOWN YET! They are such a SCAM. People are being ripped off daily by these people. GRRRRRRR AND they have reviews of 5 stars on their website. LIES. They dupe people into thinking it's the Venue site and it is not. I don't buy many event tickets, obviously, and didn't know. Many never received their tickets. I am livid. Yay for free markets I guess. Buyer beware, more than me. :(

I too was fooled by this deceptive business that sells legitimate tickets for outrageously high prices! When buying event tickets this website comes up and poses as the link to the venue box office. NOT SO! I bought tickets in late September for an event on Nov. 10 and they did not email my tickets until late on NOV 9, the day before my event. I did verify that the tickets were legit by contacting the venue box office but WAY OVERPRICED!
The lesson is, (and we should all know this by now), SCROLL DOWN UNTIL YOU GET TO THE ACTUAL BOX OFFICE LINK and NOT a greedy reseller who wants to fool you!
Shame on me for my naivete...

I am writing about a online company called Ticket-center.com. They are running a scam
    On unsuspecting consumers.

    Here’s what happens:

If you google ticket masters, the first result in the search engine is ticket center website.
Consumers mistakenly click on it thinking they are on the ticket masters website.

The tickets they sell are 400% higher than the actual price and their fees are outrageous.

I am a senior and most of the thousands complaints are from seniors who are unaware that they are on the wrong site and proceed to make purchases. Once I realized my mistake I immediately contacted them and I was told no refunds, ever!

The second thing they do is hold onto your ticket until a few hours or a day before the event to prevent you from complaining to your credit card company for goods not received.

They are cleaver in posting in small print that they are a 3rd party seller, most people miss this as I did.

My ticket on the real ticket master website would have been $55. I got scammed out of $178.

This company tricked myself and others into buying tickets for $200.00 more than the real site.
One of our clients lost $3,000. They are a predatory business. They use a timer, and you are trying to hurry before you lose them, when in fact there are plenty of tickets available from the venue. They pop up when you use the venue website, and you think its the actual venue.
Then you must wait and get them after 6 mos., (week of the event.)
It works because immediately after they refuse to reimburse you.
