    I used this company because they appeared at the top of a search list for tickets to an event, and looked convincingly like the official ticket website for the venue.
    I bought my tickets 2 months ahead of the event, and never received them. In those 2 months I had multiple calls, chats, and email exchanges. I also provided multiple email addresses for them to try to "re-transfer" the tickets, but I never received the tickets.

    I will never fall for this scam again, and would like to let anyone who will listen know that this business should not be trusted.

    I made a very costly mistake by purchasing 8 concert tickets through this sham company . Once I realized they didn’t actually have the tickets they sold me at a premium; I requested a cancellation of the order. They refused to cancel. I looked up consumer reviews and my fears that they may be fraudulent tickets increased too. Their terms state tickets would be electronically delivered at least 24 hours before the show. They promised me on the phone that I would have them by the day before the show. I said I wanted the tickets delivered days before the show. That’s when they told me they didn’t have them. I tried to get my credit card bank to help by disputing the charges. They were of no help and sided with Tickets-Center.com. Not knowing if the tickets would actually be delivered or would be accepted at the gate our guests chose not to travel. Ultimately they did not deliver the tickets electronically until less than 5 hours before the show. ..too late for the tickets to be used.

    Do not use TicketsCenter. They use deceptive, high pressure, predatory practices. They should not be in business.

    Click bait to get you to their site to purchase tickets at much higher fees than the actual venue. This popped up when I was looking to purchase tickets from the venue and appears to position itself as if they are the venue. Very misleading and feels like a scam.

    Spent 500 dollars on some tickets and they had "technical difficulty" trying to transfer them to me. Spent an hour on the phone with their "Customer service" and they would not escalate. Absolute SCAM!!

    Ticket Center company has horrible overall practices and poor customer service. They have zero consideration for any special circumstances and are unprofessional. Further, they price gouge.

    Agree with the majority of 1 star comments below. In an age where technology is supposed to make things more efficient and less costly, their business model does the exact opposite. I could have paid $54 through the venue but paid $202 through this "service". My bad and I take full responsibility for my ignorance about how ticket sales work. I'm a much more informed customer now and at least that is one positive outcome. I understand some reasonable service fee, but this appears to be unethical business practices preying upon the public. Buyer beware certainly applies in this case. They will write that everything is clearly stated on their website, which is it, that is not my cause for concern. My cause for concern is that they are knowingly ripping people off (by reading and responding to the multiple complaints), and yet they continue! And if they can't be more cost efficient and customer service friendly, they really need to examine their business as a whole before it self destructs.

    Horrible experience. I am a senior citizen and wanted to go to NHRA drag races at Pomona Ca on Sunday November 17 , 2024. I purchased the tickets for way more than face value. Unfortunately being a senior I didn’t see that the tickets were for 2025. I have asked nicely for a refund but they refuse to give my money back. Beware of these scamming business. I have to take them to court. I would not recommend this company to anyone

    Ticket center listed the incorrect time for a show on their website, on the confirmation email and the actual tickets to the event. As a result, I missed the show and wasted over $600. I spent over 45 minutes on two separate occasions with the only compensation Being a $100 store credit. This seems crazy. The showtime did not change. They just had the wrong information.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Scam company. They are scalpers who claim they have no information about ticket sellers and the tickets are not made immediately available to the buyer, which is a huge red flag. In fact, they indicate the tickets will likely be available days before an event, which is an unacceptable ambiguity. When you reach out for status on the ticket, they claim they cannot contact the seller, but at the same time said that they have “teams” monitoring the status of your tickets? So how can they not be able to contact the seller if they are able to monitor where the ticket is? It doesn’t make any sense. They fool people into buying off their website by designing it to appear as Ticket Master, and using advertising tactics to dupe people, and when you reach out to them (no phone number available!) they sell you some BS story about how “you’ll get your tickets, don’t worry.” I really wish BBB would step in here and warn consumers since so many including myself have been misled. I have emails, screenshots of the chat with the company, if it would help to get this website taken down. This company and all the employees deserve to be in jail.
