      We spent over $3,000 with Marketing 360 with zero ROI. They boast ROI in their ads. We have them all of our social platforms logins & passwords along with over 10,000 of our warm contacts. We received no paid results whatsoever. We would like a refund of our money.

      This company will sell you a dream and take your money! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was sold on a marketing team, website, weekly meetings and marketing material. Once I signed I never heard back from Ryan on any marketing weekly meeting. The first website they delivered, had another company's info! Raw unedited pictures and told I had to do that myself. Then 5mo later I get an updated website to launch, where the CTA buttons didn't link to my scheduling system so clients can't book, the socials were on the desktop but not on mobile, again was sent a link to do it myself. I sent and email to both Derrick and Ryan about this situation and gow we could fix this and save our working relationship but they failed to respond. But when I first called for info about the company they called and sent personal video message but disappeared after I signed a 6mo contract. I already had a functioning website and had to revert back to it, the $2400 was a costly mistake in choosing this company. As a business owner I would never want a client to feel the way I do about this company.

      Horrible company. We've had issues from the very beginning with their deceptive marketing practices. However, they created our website so we continued to have it hosted with them for the ease of not having to deal with them. They sent an email earlier this year stating that they were retiring the UXI platform so we created another website in wordpress and tried to get off their site. They will not help and continue to point us to different servers. As typical with the customer service for this company, we cannot get anyone to help and they continue to tell us that there is nothing they can do.
