This business is in violation of BBB’s name and logo policy as they have falsely claimed BBB Accreditation through use of the Accredited Business (AB) seal and additional text on their website. Use of the AB seal constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of the trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. BBB Serving Connecticut has made multiple requests for the business to remove the identified violation(s) and will continue to monitor said violation.
