After receiving several complaints, in October of 2022 BBB opened an investigation into the business practices of Burns Capital Investments, LLC . Consumers reported that they were offered the opportunity to invest in Burns Capital Investments with the promise of monthly statements until the company's "app" was operational.
The app has remained inoperable and consumers were never able to access their account data. They never received the promised monthly statements, and when investors began to request withdrawals, Mr. Burns stopped responding.
This company has no digital footprint - no website, no social media and no licensing of record. The company has not responded to numerous attempts to contact them. BBB has been unable to verify the location of this company and its owner, Thomas Burns. As of November 3, 2022, BBB complaints remain closed with no response from the
