"I have purchased and leased 4 vehicles in my life and this was Worst car purchasing experience, sadly I was in a kinda desperate situation I really needed a car but I had an amazing down payment and good credit score Is not like I was done a favor or cut any breaks I literally blame myself for making business in the first place with such poor customer care and sales skills also mainly the condition of the vehicle I purchased it was extremely dirty inside with stains on rugs and cup holders full of grime but lousy salesman promised these vehicles are detailed before given to customer (I should’ve never believe). I even did not take vehicle the same day I signed for them to have enough time to do this okay next day I go pick up vehicle again not the best customer experience to the point I wanted to just cancel everything and go( should’ve done so) but all over something a finance manager was able to help me was very cordial and reassured me it was all good I was in a bit of a rush that day so I looked at car quickly it look fine when I get home I look more closely and this vehicle was not detailed or close to being clean stain was still on rug it was just disrespectful and extremely frustrating I called next day wanting to cancel and drop off back this car but spoke to another manager called Mike very charming very well spoken apologetic promised to pick up vehicle next day drop off loaner detail vehicle again to his standards and also all weather mats to make things right, Loaner vehicle was the worst condition rental vehicle I’ve personally seen full of animal hair like to the point I could barely drive it or have any passengers it was disgusting and again disrespectful." ...
