The business has advertised on their website that there are products and services that are considered to be covered under the businesses Lifetime warranties and guarantees. BBB's code of Advertising requires advertisers to be prepared to substantiate such claims. Providing the BBB a clear policy or description of the extent of the business policy regarding Lifetime warranties. The business has not supplied this information and the ad review has now been closed as unsubstantiated.

On September 26, 2023 the Better Business Bureau contacted Pig Roast Maestro, LLC regarding the details of the business’ satisfaction guarantee and the claim of being ranked #1 with the National Pig Roasting Association made on their website. These claims violate the Better Business Bureau’s Code of Advertising. BBB asked the business to substantiate or modify these claims. The business failed to substantiate or modify these claims and expressed they weren’t interested in responding to the BBB.
