In May,2022, BBB investigated RMR Designs and Woodworking LLC's business practices. This investigation was prompted by a large volume of unanswered complaints and a negative review. All the customer complaints consist of the business taking large down payments and never completing the work. One consumer stated "This company's owner, Quinn Rudnitsky has ceased all communication with us and we are left with an incomplete project, and at a $5000+ loss.
