On October 27, 2024, charges were filed in Larimer County District Court against Sandra Oldenburg, principal of Poudre Property Services, also known as RCE Inc. and NOCO Real Estate Solutions.
Oldenburg faces five felony charges and one misdemeanor charge including theft, cybercrime, money laundering, check fraud and forgery.
