          In September 2023, Better Business Bureau investigated Forcustomemory’s business practices. BBB had received complaints, reviews, and scam tracker reports that prompted this investigation. Consumers claimed to purchase personalized custom sports equipment from Forcustomemory’s website at forcustomemory.com. Products were either not received or not correctly printed. When consumers attempted to contact Forcustomemory for a refund or status, the company failed to respond or correct the issue. 


          BBB has discovered that the website, forcustomemory.com, is no longer active. When attempting to contact Forcustomemory in response to the company complaints the company has failed to respond.

          According to the Colorado Secretary of State, businesses operating in Colorado need to be licensed with the Department. Forcustomemory does not have a Colorado license. To verify the company’s status, please contact the Department at 303-894-2000 or https://www.coloradosos.gov.
