  I recently had Sanchez Brothers Tree Service cut back neighboring trees that were encroaching onto my property. Mike was quick to respond and met me the same day I called to give me an estimate. He was courteous, respectful and informative. He suggested I communicate with my surrounding neighbors about my intent to have their trees cut back and get permission in case the crew needed to enter their properties. This was done so I called to schedule the work – which took two attempts before we could nail down a date and time. The day before the scheduled date, Mike called and asked if they could come that day because they’d finished a job near me early. I was home so I accepted but was concerned that I’d told my neighbors the work wouldn’t be completed until the following day. Mike assured me that they would speak with the neighbors if necessary. They arrived shortly after with a dump truck and grinder. The crew quickly set up and went to work. They were quick, efficient and neat. I had a good talk with Eddie regarding some of the trees still hanging over the fence onto my property. He explained the potential damage, and legalities, of the work during the time trees are in full bloom/production should a neighbor perceive injury. He assured me that it was my legal right (in CA) to cut encroaching plantings (trees, bushes, etc.) back to property lines. PROS: Professional, responsive, efficient, neat, courteous, respectful of property, did not send a crew larger than was necessary for the job CONS: Take too long to deposit checks I do recommend this service.
