      They have made it nearly impossible to get a refund and are charging cancelation fees. Capitalism in this country has gotten out of hand.

      I signed up for a Trial. The welcome message stated: "After the free trial ends on August 25, 2024, you will be charged CAD $29.37 (incl. tax) monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew annually until you cancel (price subject to change)." Note the use of 'monthly' here. When I went to cancel they will bill for for the remained of the year, in my case another $116.96. I feel deceived, and I have a very low opinion of the predatory billing practice. Shame on Adobe.

      I signed up for a free trial and have had nothing but problems cancelling the subscription before getting charged. Any other payment system would allow me to cancel the subscription whether or not a payment was already in process. This process is not a good business practice! Be Aware

      I paid for Acrobat 10 Pro in 2022, tried a newer version but the payments were more than I can afford. I tried to reinstall Acrobat 10 and couldn't. Was told Adobe doesn't support that. Bad policy!

      They charge an abusrdly high cancellation fee which they do not make openly apparent when you're signing up. Absolutely ridicilulous.

      I had a free trial and cancelled it in timely manner. Little did I know they also signed me up for Adobe Stock, which I never even heard of. So when I cancelled my trial, it did not cancel this service. I only knew I even had it because I was billed. So I call to get it cancelled and first of all, I cannot hear the agent. It sounded like they were at a party. I mentioned I was having trouble-did nothing to fix it. I told them what happened and instead of getting any resolve, they repeatedly explained to me the service and tried to get me to keep it. Then, the person hung up on me after 20 minutes. I had to called back, talk to someone else, they said they'd call me back in an hour. Then I get a call from another agent, they said the best they can do is give me a $10 discount and three free months. I could not understand why they wouldn't just cancel my plan, I don't even know what Adobe Stock is. Finally, after wasting my entire lunch break and becoming so frustrated I could cry, a supervisor, who made sure to tell me why I'm wrong and that I signed up for their service, agreed to waive their cancellation fee and cancel. I cannot even believe a billion dollar company has such awful customer service. Why do you want me to have Adobe Stock so bad?

      I started a Two week Free Trial, I just tried to cancel today to learn that were is a $99.95 cancellation fee because it is for an "annual plan" for their creative cloud storage, which was not clear when signing up to use the App. I had chossen the cheapest option and monthly option, when it turns out is still a year contract. I do not need a free cloud storage. I do not want this product for a year. I also wanted to try it out for more than two weeks, I was OK with purchasing one month while I still tried to figure out the program. But it isn't worth it and now it is charging $99 to cancel. Terrible business practices. No one's cloud storage is priced this high and with cancellation fees, this is outrageous.

      I did not even realize I had accepted an annual agreement, and only needed to use the software for a couple of documents. They want me to pay a penalty for canceling my contract, which amounts to about 2 months of service (or $40ish). I don't understand why a company this large would make it so difficult for people to get out of losing their money when it would cost the company nothing. They are practically stealing from people who do not even want to be customers. This company must be run by a super villain...

      I get forced into signing up for their "free trial" for work and will cancel the same day and yet I get charged! This is the 5th time I have had this problem with them! I'm so sick of it! It's like a low key scam!

      Adobe has predatory practices for auto renewal. Essentially if you buy an annual plan you cannot cancel the auto renewal unless you are fine paying for the entire year and losing access to Adobe for the entire year. Other companies allow you to pay for the year and then cancel auto renewal so you do not accidentally get locked into a new plan the following year. This should be illegal. I will never buy Adobe again. It is ******** that a company believes so little in its product that it feels that it has to trick its customers into paying for it.
