    I will sue this company, I tried to borrow $5000 and so they sent me a contract which to me looks fraudulent. they wanted money out of my pocket, for what ?????I am just lucky to not have signed this fraudulent contract talk to a lawyer before you sign anything these scammers think they are smart, they need to be in prison!!!!!

    We have excellent credit, enough income and little debt. They took 1-2 days to ask for more info, this went on for 2 weeks. I texted and called to complain and they suddenly denied us with invalid reasons.

    Talked to ***** at the company, and everything done was a scam. This company needs to be shut down effective immediately. They ran money out my account, still owe me money and have already breached the contract.

    This was one of the worst things I have ever done. I applied for a loan and did my homework. They were suppose to be a reputable company. They sent the funds to my account and then the funds were insufficent. Since my bank has put a hold on my account and suspended everything to do with my account for 6 months. It's a shame when you need some help and try to get help that someone wants to scam you and cost you more money that you don't have. Stay far away from this company!!!! put one star because I had too, in all honesty they should get negative stars!!!

    Zero stars, they falsify info and do not tell you that they are running your credit for it and unsecured loan even though the loan that I have is just an attempt to refinance for a secured loan. Also absolutely no point of contact other than email, looks more like a scam to me.

    We have had a loan for 2 years with a rate of ****% on our loan agreement.My statement this month shows 11.99%!!I came to file a complaint and see so many other people with issues. Its very upsetting.

    I borrowed ********* and made everyone of my payments on time and will continue to do so. But I took advantage of COVID Relief to suspend payments until they started again and continued to make payments on time only to find out their was a balloon payment @ the end. I told them I couldn't do that and was told to just keep making my payment and I have. So now there's only a balance of about ******* and they hit my credit 59 points and I called and they refused to work with me in any way...They said I contacted them too late???? That's a total lie. And during all of this I got custody of my three grandsons ages 4, 6, 7 and has to move. This company has zero compassion for their customers in good standing. I've made every single payment on time and they're hitting my credit 59 points on a balloon payment???And ****** said there's no one above her in the company that can help me? She talked to me very condescending. Someone there can fix this travesty.... Please help!I'm trying to buy a house and I have made every single payment on time.

    This card is terrible for not reporting monthly .i had 45% usage months ago and thy want report new balance my fico score has suffered for 4 months now due to incorrect balance being reported.

    Very bad experience with Lightstream. They are a Truist Bank company yet Refused to accept a ***** of ******** that had been Approved by Truist. The worst is Lightstream ran both our credit reports. Truist needs to do better.
