          BBB has received numerous complaints for this company containing similar allegations. Complainants have generally alleged they purchased protective masks from Family Prepping Association's website, familypreppingassociation.com, that the company failed to deliver.

          BBB wrote to the company on March 31st and April 7th, 2020 requesting an explanation for these allegations. As of today's date the company has not responded.

          UPDATE: As of April 20, 2020 the business has responded to a few complaints. The company's responses include tracking information for orders that have shipped, delivery confirmation for delivered packages, and in at least one case - indicates that a refund has been issued. BBB will continue to provide updates as new information is received.
