- If an order is cancelled within 3 days of placing their order a full refund is given. If a customers order is cancelled anytime after 7 days a 25% restocking fee will be taken from their deposit and the remainder will be refunded. Once your structure has been fabricated which is usually 1 week prior to your installation, your deposit and your fabrication progress payment will be non-refundable.
