BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints alleging company is harassing consumers regarding a debt that has been from many years ago. Consumers request information regarding the debt and the company emails them a paper saying they owe money but with no information regarding the original debt. Consumers then indicate to the company that it has been past the statue at limitations at which point the company threatens to take the consumer to court.  On March 22, 2021, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of April 23, 2021, BBB has had no response.
