"When, after an identity theft, my bank account was changed, and after calling to tell an anonymous male voice at the Rancho Mirage office with details of my new account number for my automatic payment withdrawals, there still were no more payments credited for over two months. When it dawned on me that my account had become stagnant, I contacted the office again in Rancho Mirage where I asked a man who answered to say he was not the manager, that he could not allow me to speak to “her” because she was out of the office, he said he would make a note of the situation and pass on the information." ...
