          BBB’s file for LoanSolo.com opened in August 2016. Because of the nature of a complaint previously on file, BBB reached out to the company for additional information.  
          Mail sent to the company’s address was returned by the post office. In addition, BBB has not received a response to our request for information sent by email.

          BBB warns against companies asking for upfront fees; although legitimate lenders may charge application, appraisal or credit report fees, the fees generally are taken from the amount borrowed. It is illegal for companies doing business by phone in the US and Canada to promise you a loan and ask you to pay for it before they deliver. BBB also warns against wiring money or sending money orders through western union or making your payment to an individual rather than an organization as there are no safeguards in place.
