Charges filed allege the business is in violation of State law prohibiting abandonment without legal excuse of any construction project, departing from trade standards, exceeding contract amount, no description of project, material or equipment to be used, no date as to the beginning of work, no approximate completion date, no heading or notice as to the mechanic's lien, and employing a non-registered salesperson.
