"We’ve been getting charged $136 for 14mbs of internet speeds while other company’s charge less than half for 600+mbs of internet speed so when we saw that we called unwired about canceling and only when we said that they brought up that they had a new plan for $100 for 50mbs so the while we were paying $136 for 14mbs they’ve had that new plan and never once thought to contact us about switching plans only when we tried to leave and it’s normal practice for companies to automatically upgrade you if there is better plans for less money. Then In that phone call they said as a courtesy they will upgrade us to 18mbs because they had new plans so then we agree to the new plan $100 for 50mbs speed and they come out to perform the upgrades and turns out they can’t make the upgrade to the 50mbs because someone else’s trees between our house and the tower were in the way so we contact them about it and they say that they can’t perform the upgrade so we ask if they can lower the price because either way they have better plans for less and they didn’t so we’re still paying $136 for the 18mbs." ...
