          On Aprile 29, 2024 the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) issued a Desist and Refrain Order to Adam Velasquez. According to the DFPI Velasquez conducted business as an investment advisor in the state of California without first securing a certificate authorizing him to do so. The Order requires him to desist and refrain from acting as an investment advisor in California without the required certificate. 

          Licensing
