"Billing Practices- Visited the ************* for dental root canal on October 03, 2023 and I had a dental insurance that covered most of the cost of the procedure and before I went it for the procedure I provided all the information at least two weeks in advance and was told my copayment was $693 on the date of the procedure, I was told that my insurance will covered the difference of the cost. Three months after the procedure, I received an invoice in the amount of $963 that is the amount that the insurance was going to pay for this procedure." ... Read full review
