On December 20, 2021, Voice of Guo Media, Inc. entered into an Order with the Arizona Corporation Commission. The Order settles allegations that the business offered or sold securities within or from Arizona, and offered or sold unregistered securities without registration or exemption. Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to pay an administrative penalty of $100,000 and to cease and desist any unlawful practices.
