On May 8, 2023, Mark Tynan entered into a Decision and Order Imposing Sanctions with the State Bar of Arizona. The Decision and Order Imposing Sanctions settles allegations that Tynan was in violation of the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct. Under the terms of the Decision and Order Imposing Sanctions, Tynan is suspended from the practice of law in Arizona for 1 year, with the term of suspension to run consecutively to the suspension in case PDJ 2022-9084, and pay the costs and expenses of the State Bar of Arizona to be determined at a later date.
This action is final.

On February 6, 2023, Mark Hyatt Tynan entered into a Final Judgment & Order with the State Bar of Arizona. The Judgment and Order settles allegations that Mr. Tynan did not comply with rules and regulations regarding his client trust account (IOLTA account); he misused his trust account by utilizing it as a clearing house for disbursements unrelated to legal services or his representation of a client; failed to cooperate with the State Bar by providing requested information regarding his IOLTA account. Under the terms of the Judgment & Order, Tynan is suspended from the practice of law in Arizona for six (6) months and one (1) day effective February 5, 2023. Tynan was also ordered to the costs and expenses of the State Bar of Arizona in the amount of $2,000.00.
