Extremely fast and efficient every step of the way. From the time they receive payment it seems they go right to work and don't stop until the job is done. Well worth the fee I paid!!!

This company is absolutely terrible! I paid 99 dollars to get nothing. I received a text stating that they could not find my military service records because the signature I provided did not match, mind you, you sign on their website using your finger. Of course the signature isn't going to match! I requested a refund and as of this time I have not received any communication from them. I have called several times and gotten the run around. Now the customer service reps have resorted to saying they can't hear me, or the call is breaking up and then hang up, and when I call back I am immediately place in que and eventually I am asked to leave a voice mail, which is never answered. This company is a disgrace to every veteran. I tell every veteran I come into contact with to turn and run from DD214 Direct.Review fromJerramies L
