  This DD214 Direct is a DIRECT scam...paid $99 -thinking it would take a few days ...when nothing came-I called and was told it would be 13 business days- when I expressed my thoughts on this ( politely)--I was told the hold up is due to the pandemic..which is total bs. Just got off the phone again and it feels like they have trained personel there specifically to swee- coat the bs.... what also aggravates me is that these scammers are never held accountable--thats what we get with the resident potato in charge with Building Back Better.

  I paid $129 to get my DD214 for a document that you can get for free through the National Archives. I ordered the same document through this service and through the National Archives. The one direct came a day before mine came through this service. I only blame myself as I should have done a bit more research before I purchased. They delivered what I bought but they are selling a free service.
