The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

On March 24, 2022, Marketing Dynamics Inc entered into an Order for Restitution, Order for Administrative Penalties and Consent to Same with the Arizona Corporation Commission. The Order settles allegations that the business was in violation of state law by offering or selling unregistered securities, transactions by unregistered dealers or salesmen, and fraud in connection with the offer or sale of securities. Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from violating the Securities Act, pay restitution in the amount of $84,216.95, and pay an administrative penalty of $20,000. 

This action is final.
