BBB has conducted an investigation into this 'business', after being alerted to a scam similar to other "fake" heavy equipment businesses. The 'business' offers used heavy equipment, such as tractors, bobcats, dozers, etc. Consumers report agreeing to purchase items, wiring payments, but no product is ever delivered. Consumers state that there may have been a legitimate business by the same name that is permanently closed and that this website is representing itself as that previously open business. Consumers state that the equipment being offered is actually owned by other businesses in other parts of the country and are not in the possession of this business. Consumers have also reported threatening communications from the business after they shared information about their experience online. BBB advises all consumers purchasing items online to be extremely cautious when dealing with unknown providers, especially for high dollar products.
