    Gave 1 start rating because the website wouldn't accept by review without a star rating. The true rating is zero stars. Absolutely a nightmare to deal with. Ended up going with them because they are an **** pre-approved vendor. My car was in their possession for more than 3 months. They claimed it took a long time for the parts to come in, but how do you explain the repairs not being completed for 2+ months after the parts came in? Went to pick up the car to find shoddy work, and the new bumper and trim they had installed in defective condition. Had to wait another 3+ weeks for them to redo the work and clean up the car. Cannot understand how it takes 2+ days to look over the car after the car is finished. Claimed they looked over the car more than 10X before releasing it to me but found loose screws on trim I could turn with bare hands and under-inflated tires, especially on the side they had worked on. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.
