    The two men from Fireplaces. Unlimited did an excellent job on the chimney sweep of our wood stove. Thorough and excellent cleanup. Very friendly and polite men. And good price. Thankyou

    Our Fujitsu units which we bought from the Kingston store some years prior, were not cooling. Stopped there to see when someone could come out. Staff were extremely efficient, pleasant and courteous. The temperatures had been extremely high and we expected a delay in a tech being available. We're 75 km away & to our surprise were booked for the next morning. ***** D phoned at 8:00 AM the next day to say he'd be here at 9:00 AM. He arrived on the dot, diagnosed and fixed the issues and went through the checklist of what he had done. Thanks ***** for your professional service and your pleasant manner. Thank you Fireplaces Unlimited for always looking after us so well.
