  I called because of a leak. ***** arrived within about half an hour, figured out the issue very quickly and was back with a part within a few minutes. He was very pleasant and professional.

  Technician ***** called before he arrived. He arrived on time and we are pleased with his work. He was knowledgeable, proficient and explained our problem and the solution. He was neat and tidy while he was working on our barbecue and fireplace. **************** from your office both before and followup was professional and customer orientated.   The fireplace technician was on time, phoned before arrival, and did an excellent job replacing the remote in fireplace #1, and getting the soot of the glass and rearranging the rocks in fireplace #2, to prevent soot build-up in future. I appreciated his courtesy, and thoroughness of his explanations of the problems and their solutions when asked. Very pleased with the service.Office staff were also provided thorough information on the procedure to be followed re ordering parts, etc.

  ***** and ******* came to the house for our pellet stove cleaning. ***** actually installed this stove about 6 years ago so I'm always pleased he comes to clean it as he know the stove inside and out. Both ***** and ******* are pleasant, they know their stuff, they don't mind explaining things, and they are very professional. Highly recommend this team and this company!
