Renewal by Anderson windows was a good experience. From Rob coming to my house explaining the products RBA sells, to then making accurate measurements of my windows which I wanted to replace and explaining their install process. To Tamara coordinating with myself on a good install date and answering any questions I had at the time. The install team of Dennis, Ivan, Yuriy and Vasya did a great job on installing and trimming out my windows. Very conscious of all aspects of the job, from start to finish. Very happy with their workmanship and detail to the job. If I had any questions, Ivan stopped and explained and answered my questions right on the spot before proceeding. Very professional ????.

The whole experience starting with meeting Ken and taking about Renewal by Anderson and getting the project started has been outstanding. Rob the Installation Manager was very knowledgeable, the Install team of Dennis, Ross, and Vitaly were highly efficient and did an outstanding job during the installation phase, and Tamara, Senior Project Coordinator did an awesome job with customer care and keeping us up to date as we progressed. All in all I am completely satisfied with RBA and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. its been an outstanding experience from start to finish, Renewal by Anderson of BC should be proud of their team.Renewal by Andersen of BC

It was a pleasure to meet Stephen when he came out to measure the patio door and windows for our project. He was personable and professional, gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. We felt we were in very capable hands with him. The only disappointment was that after we learned he was an excellent karaoke singer we hoped he would forget himself and break out in song during his work. Maybe next time.Renewal by Andersen of BC
