**** was very professional, courteous, clean and competent. Our new windows look great and it was **** who noticed a small hole in one of the screens which will be replaced soon. Our new triple pane windows will not only improve our energy efficiency, but the dual direction opening large windows really open up our views of our back yard. Glad also showed how easy to operate the windows and screens are for everyday use and cleaning. They installed 5 windows in one day and left the place looking like no one had been there (except for the new beautiful windows).

Renewal by ******** is a most professional and reliable company! The installer, ***** and team were amazing right from the start to finish. ***** *** came by to swap out some color matching screws to finish off these beautiful black patio doors. He was knowledgeable, efficient and gave me some great ideas on the transition plate finishing. The doors are gorgeous and a great feature of my Surrey home. Im so glad I chose renewal by Andersen. Although a small project by Renewal by ******** standards, our 2 windows were replaced in a one day project in an excellent manner which definitely met the very high expectations I had following the sales process and signing the contract.
