          On June 22, 2022 BBB contacted the company to obtain updated information including a contact person, their start date, a brief description of products or services they offer, and any current licensing they have in place.  In addition BBB also requested confirmation of their physical locations and mailing addresses and its affiliation with BearPaw in the USA. Finally, BBB requested clarification on their refund policy if a customer purchases a shipping container through their company. To date, BBB has not received a response to our request for information.
