BBB received several Scam Tracker reports about Veden, a Vancouver BC based company. The consumers alleged that they paid to buy miner or mining equipment for cryptocurrency but never received the product or were not able to do return/refund.
BBB reached out to the business with letters on July 12, 2021 and July 22, 2021 to confirm details about their business location, return/refund policies. BBB also contacted the City of Vancouver on July 12,2021 to verify if there is a business licence connected to the company’s listed address. However, the City does not have any records for this address.
As of August 19, 2021, BBB has not received a response from Veden. The website for the company, https://veden.com/ is still active.
