Work was good and done fast. We would have given 5 stars but they left little pieces of insulation all over our carpet downstairs.

I had three or four companies quote my attic insulation upgrade and by far Top Trade provided the most thorough investigation and quotation complete with photos, recommendations and options. I appreciated the phone call the night before as snow was in the forecast and they wanted to give me the heads up that there was potential for a delay. It turned out the roads were clear and they showed up and did a fantastic job, maintaining a tidy and efficient worksite and post work cleanup like they were never here. Top Trade did a great job throughout the whole process of insulation and repairs to my attic. Thanks to Hector for examining the attic carefully and answering all my questions professionally. The crew was experienced, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and communicated well. Excellent price and I am happy with their services. Top Trade did an excellent job. Turned up on time, took photos of my attic before and after, did excellent clean up. The price quoted was the price I paid. I would certainly recommend this company.

We found the three technicians very professional and personable when they insulated our attic. We really appreciated their explanation of the process and also seeing their video before and the photos after the job was completed.

They not only added insulation, but repaired a vent and built up the access panel. They also added a fan to address the mould issues. All done with respect to the property. No issues with these guys.Top Trade Insulation & Attic
