As of November 8, 2013: The Accreditation Review Committee met to review this company's accreditation in June, 2013. The Committee revoked the accreditation of this company due to failure to respond to a complaint filed with the BBB. Ted The Terminator Ltd appealed the decision made by the Accreditation Review Committee directly to the BBB Board of Directors, who met on November 6, 2013 to hear the appeal. The Board of Directors decided to maintain the accreditation of the company, with the condition that Ted The Terminator Ltd face a six month probationary period, where failure to respond to any BBB complaint correspondence within 14 days of the letter will result in immediate revocation of BBB Accreditation.
